I loved the Purple Dahlia quilt so much I had to make another one! This was a gradient rainbow-centered fabric that, like a sculptor pulling an image out of marble, I kept seeing a dahlia show up. Each of the 30+petals has a unique quilted pattern, no two are exactly the same. The density of the quilting over Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 cotton wool allows this to drape beautifully over a chair, sofa, or in the middle of your bed. The backing is made of fuchsia Shannon Cuddle, which is not only velvety smooth and soft, it also takes on the dimension of the stitch, making this quilt a truly reversible piece of “snuggle art”. Because, honestly, if you couldn’t snuggle under this blanky, what’s the point?
